Role & Responsibility:
  • Cold calling customers and lead generation.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team by managing schedules, preparing documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Contact customers and prospects to arrange appointments or make follow up calls to confirm orders or delivery dates or fix meetings.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Sales Order Creation on timely manner.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks.
  • Record the leads and opportunities data as well as update customer profile in detail.
Knowledge & Experience:
  • Degree in IT related field
  • Local Market knowledge
  • Target driven sales
  • Relevant product and services knowledge
Skills:
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients.
