  • Support End Users’ PCs, workstations and network infrastructures.
  • Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, installation checklists including customer reviews.
  • Attend post implementation and support service requests.
  • Perform server security audits, system backup procedures and other recovery processes in accordance with the customers disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
  • Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, processes and installation steps.
  • Provide orientation and training to customers for all modified and newly installed systems.
  • Update call management system with service timing, resolution steps performed.
  • Update Implementation timesheets.
  • Keep up to date on skills and certifications.
  • Creating SOW for the projects and defining the prerequisites and timeline.
Knowledge & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s of Engineering in IT. Master’s Degree will be an asset.
  • 3+ years of experience in Desktop Support role.
  • UAE or Middle East Market experience is advantageous.
Skills:
  • Should possess good interpersonal and English communication skills.
